Nourish Within is a women’s wellness destination built on the belief that food is medicine, your story matters, and your care plan should actually work—because healing was never meant to be a solo sport. Created by Kaileigh and Salve Pascual of Lines of Origin, the site brings together years of strength-and-nutrition coaching experience with advanced training in clinical and functional nutrition to support women dealing with fatigue, hormone symptoms, burnout, and the frustrating “doing all the right things” plateau.
Visitors can enter through multiple pathways—self-paced wellness courses, personalized root-cause nutrition support, upcoming functional lab testing, and a curated resource ecosystem (freebie shelf, essential supplements, community referrals, and the Rebel Wellness podcast). The vision is simple: help women build capacity, confidence, and sustainable health that lasts. Nourish Within was designed to feel like a calm, confident exhale - equal parts editorial and inviting. The navigation intentionally mirrors the client journey (learn → grow → connect → listen → shop)
